Helicopter Spirals Uncontrollably into Palm Trees at Well-Known Southern California Beach
An aircraft soaring near a popular coastal coastline unexpectedly began spiraling wildly, eventually losing altitude and plunging into a cluster of palm trees as beachgoers observed.
Recordings uploaded online capture the chopper starting to spin over the beach then plunging near the border of the beach, where it gets stuck amidst palms and a set of stairs adjacent to the shoreline route.
First Aid Update
The Huntington Beach fire department stated five individuals were taken to hospital involving two individuals who were in the aircraft and were “extracted safely from the crash site” subsequent to the incident on that day.
Three people on the street were harmed. Details on their condition were still under review.
The reason for the accident was not immediately released.
